Payment / Shipping

Prices:

The prices in this shop are excluding german tax of 19%. In case you are ordering for a company in EU with a registered VAT ID number, please enter it during the check-out process in the address section and the german tax will be deducted automatically.

The correct net price will be displayed on an overview page before final ordering on the last page of the check-out process.

Payment:

Standard payment method is payment in advance using bank transfer. You will find the bank transfer details during the check out process and in the order confirmation. After order confirmation we will send you the invoice with the amount and bank details.

As alternative it is possible to pay by Paypal PLUS with Paypal, direct debit or credit card.

Additionally it is possible to pay with following credit cards:

You are free to choose the individual payment method.

There are no additional payment fees for you.

Shipment:

As standard option we deliver with DHL Package International.

As an alternative we can also offer you shipments by UPS, GLS, FedEx,.. on request.

Standard shipment fees are calculated during the ordering process taking into consideration the product weight and the delivery distance depending on your location. The calculated shipment fee will be displayed before final ordering on a total overview page.

Furthermore we offer you DHL Paket International Premium or DHL International Express on request before ordering with additional individual shipment fees.

We are able to ship products worldwide.
